The Aviator is classical in style with a seamless integration of fruit, oak structure and bouquet, hallmarks of truly great world class Cabernet Blends. Cabernet Sauvignon dominant with Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec this is a very elegant rich wine, showing lovely delicay and depth. The grapes were brought into the winery at perfect ripeness where traditional Bordeaux winemaking practices are combined with methods that enhance the best of our Hawke's Bay terroir.
