A love of the classic blend and the founders vision created The Aviator. Released only in the best years and made from our finest parcels, the grapes were brought into the winery at perfect ripeness. Traditional Bordeaux winemaking practices are combined with methods that enhance the best of our Bridge Pa terroir. Cabernet Sauvignon dominant 37%, with Cabernet Franc 27%, Merlot 18% and Malbec 18%. Sweet rounded red plum flavours are complemented by chocolate, spice, savoury notes and fine oak tannin. 8 years old, this wine shows sweet fruit, a silken texture and firm structure. Cellar up to 2026.
