Apera, short for apéritif. Slumbering for more than fifteen years, this is a fortified barrel aged white wine made in a Ransio style. Medium sweet the texture is creamy and succulent with flavours of hazelnut and almond. Nice with salty olives and an aged Gouda or serve with tapas. 17.5% alc / 500ml.
